Our parents—a teacher and a carpenter—always ran small side businesses, so from a young age, we learned that success comes from working hard and doing things right. As three lively boys, we spent our time either causing mischief or dreaming up business ideas while helping our parents with their ventures. With no internet or social media back then, we had to get creative. As teenagers, we started our first business—renting out bicycles to tourists—and that’s where our entrepreneurial spirit really began. Fast forward to the UK, and we’ve brought that same drive to Craftsman Ltd., which we started in 2004.
Today, we specialize in high-quality stone countertops, kitchen worktops, and bathroom renovations across Berkshire, Oxfordshire, London and surrounding areas for domestic and commercial customers.
Moving to a new country meant we had to work even harder to prove ourselves. For over 20 years, clients have come to love us—not just for our top-notch granite, quartz, and marble countertops, but for the personal care we put into every project. We’ve even worked with the same families over and over, helping them with multiple home upgrades or getting referred to their friends and relatives. We’ve served entire family trees!

Tadas handles sales and customer service, ensuring clients choose the perfect stone. Marius is our go-to for templating—he visits homes to measure, plan, and solve any on-site challenges. He’s not just a “measure and leave” guy though; Marius’s versatile knowledge of plumbing, design, and construction is what customers rave about. Whether it’s advising on the layout or troubleshooting tricky installations, he’s there with practical solutions that make the process smooth.
Most evenings, you’ll find us together, often at each other’s homes, poring over client drawings and figuring out how to make every project perfect. For us, it’s not just business—it’s personal. Even our third brother, Simas, is in the family trade—he’s a kitchen maker back in Lithuania. While we’ve built our lives in Reading, Berkshire we always know where we came from—precision, hard work, and a friendly vibe is how we describe ourselves! Marius, always on the move, started a local basketball club and coaches a kids’ team, often taking his son to training. Tadas, the idea generator, loves exploring the nature with his wife and daughter.
